Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a replacement or refund. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Your Rights
You have the right to repair, replacement or refund if goods have a major failure (substantial defect). For minor problems, we may offer repair. Contact us with your details and we will respond in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where applicable.
